Job summary

Belmark in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Press Helper to ensure proper equipment and materials are at press, assist with setup, operation, and cleanup. This role supports the press team to maintain production flow.

You will follow instructions, monitor safety and quality, keep the production area clean, and help with ink, plates, and stock handling. The position requires physical stamina and tolerance for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime if required.
• Solid English language comprehension and communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and support food safety culture as required by Safe Quality Foods.
• Ensure equipment and materials are at press before setup.
• Assist with press setup, operation and cleanup per instructions.
• Maintain the production area appearance (cleaning, organizing, waste disposal).
• May operate press to back up operator and assist with ink, plates, and stock handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
