Job summary

DALB, Inc. in Kearneysville, WV is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.) to troubleshoot and maintain our printing and thermoforming equipment.

You will be the sole maintenance representative on duty for emergencies and preventive maintenance, with training on main production machines during day shift. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or technical schooling and/or electrical certification, with 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical training in electrical systems.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a production setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Document work using maintenance software and reports.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
