Keystone Sheets in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery to ensure smooth corrugating operations.

The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma with 3+ years of related experience, including manufacturing. Corrugated experience is preferred; strong safety and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and complete online safety training monthly.
• Level and adjust rolls; set up equipment for quality production.
• Inspect, repair bearings, seals, gears and related parts.
• Complete paperwork neatly and on time per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and follow up with work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic/PLC systems.
