Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Technician II for the 2nd shift (3:50pm-12:20am) in New Castle, PA. You will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors, troubleshoot production issues, and perform minor maintenance to keep the line running. Requires experience with mechanical systems and GMP adherence.

The role includes training entry-level operators, adjusting equipment, and supporting preventive maintenance. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements for the job are stated in the description.
• Three plus years' equivalent machine operator experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Machine Technician Level II training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of entry-level Machine Operator skills and can train Level-1 operators.
• Adheres to quality control and blow mold process procedures.
• Troubleshoots and resolves process issues and performs preventive maintenance.
