Manitowoc Ice, a division of Pentair, is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our Manitowoc, WI manufacturing operations. You will diagnose, repair and proactively maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated systems to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

This role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, familiarity with PLCs, robotic systems, schematics, and CMMS; physical work is required, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in

Competenze

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods a variety of environmental conditions.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

We have an opportunity for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring proper operation of plant and equipment.

You Will

Shift/Hours

• 2pm-10pm Monday - Friday
• 2hrs regular OT, more available (after shift or on weekends)

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $42.00 to $45.00/hr + $1/hr shift premium with a $5000 sign on bonus. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
