Job summary

Manitowoc Ice, a Division of Pentair, is hiring a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician in Manitowoc, WI. The role focuses on preventive and diagnostic maintenance of production equipment, robotics, CNC machinery, and plant systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, fabricate fixtures, and support safe, efficient operations while adhering to CMMS and safety protocols. A 3–5 year manufacturing background is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods a variety of environmental conditions.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

We have an opportunity for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring proper operation of plant and equipment.

You Will

Shift/Hours

• 3rd shift: 10pm-6am Monday - Friday
• 2hrs regular OT, more available (after shift or on weekends)

Compensation

• The hourly pay for this role is: $42.00 to $45.00/hr. plus $1/hr. shift premium. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
