Job summary
LeoForce is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II for 2nd shift in Greensboro, NC. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, and support installation and startup of new machinery.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and experience with conveyors, packaging, and electrical systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with pipe fittings, pump repair, industrial plumbing, conveyors, packaging equipment, PM programs and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
- Conduct equipment testing and make adjustments to improve performance.
- Support installation and startup of new equipment.
- Troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, plumbing systems, and material handling equipment.
- Operate production-related equipment as needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and document maintenance activities.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior maintenance personnel.
- Promote workplace safety and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
