Qualifications
- Must have maintenance experience across various systems and equipment.
- Strong PLC and VFD knowledge is essential.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings, with European schematics a plus.
- Glass plant experience is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety and company policies, perform monthly safety inspections and fire extinguisher checks.
- Operate and repair equipment such as furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts and cranes; coordinate complex repairs with manufacturers.
- Support preventive maintenance programs and document tasks performed.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Assist production and drive improvements by interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting equipment, and suggesting improvements.
