Job summary

Adient plc is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for our Eastaboga, AL site. You will maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems critical to continuous production, troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, and support diagnostics to reduce downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial manufacturing, strong safety discipline, and experience with 480V three-phase systems and VFDs. Collaboration with maintenance and production teams is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and assist with diagnostics and repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for AC/DC controls.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
