Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on plant systems.
• Minimum 3 years PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
• 5–7 years mechanical maintenance experience preferred in manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Siemens control systems and HMI is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, piping and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and control problems; document issues.
• Propose improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate needs clearly to plant leadership; work with vendors for parts pricing.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow checklists.
• Be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Operate and diagnose motor control equipment and VFDs; use test equipment.
