Mars Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain operating equipment, perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support equipment setup and changeover in a manufacturing environment.

You will document work orders in the CMMS, participate on MSE teams, and coach operators on AM activities. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Performs mechanical and electrical PMs on manufacturing/packaging equipment and electrical panels.
• Documents WO's/PM's in CMMS.
• Troubleshoots and repairs routine electrical/mechanical problems on equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Owns PM systems for the Line focusing on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
• Drives downtime reduction and owns breakdown elimination measures.
• Represents maintenance in daily FMOS meetings with action plans.
