Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift to support the Operations Maintenance Team across material handling equipment and pneumatic systems in a modern facility.

You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and support base-building systems. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance
• 1+ year blueprint and electrical schematic reading
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
• Experience with CMMS
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Ability to work flexible schedules

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot MHE
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts; track inventory
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles
• Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility
