Job summary

Pratt Industries Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to perform required maintenance on the plant's building, machinery and equipment.

The role requires reading mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics, and a solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will troubleshoot electrical components, maintain a parts inventory, complete all required documentation, and assist in training coworkers while keeping a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Must have a good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure that coworkers adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
• Maintain a safe & clean work area.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.
• Ensure that all work orders provided are completed as requested, or solution is reached.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Complete all paper work and data entry as required.
• Assist in the training of coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
