Job summary
Henkel is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Brandon, SD to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
You will inspect, install, calibrate, and start up equipment, while maintaining detailed CMMS records. A technical certification or 6–12 months of related experience is expected, with strong teamwork and safety focus
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience using CMMS and maintaining maintenance records.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential failures before production impact.
- Support installations, changes, adjustments, calibrations, and startups.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history in CMMS.
- Follow safety policies including LOTO and participate in continuous improvement.
