Case Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Massillon Feedmill (2nd Shift) in Ohio. You will support equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and at least 1 year of manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential in this on-site position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing; food processing preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing; repair of heavy industrial equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
• Diagnose issues, determine root causes, and implement repairs or part replacements.
• Minimize downtime by proactive maintenance and rapid response to calls.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, and other facility repairs as needed.
• Identify faulty operations and report to supervision; follow GMPs and SOPs.
• Use hand and power tools, diagnostic meters, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
