Austin Allen Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift in Albemarle, NC. You’ll maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance and participate in reliability improvements to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance, and willingness to overtime or be on-call as needed.

• Maintain and repair production equipment

• Implement countermeasures to increase equipment uptime and reliability
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs
• Complete building and facility repairs as needed
