Whelen Engineering, Inc. in Charlestown, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to optimize machine reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires 3:15 PM–11:45 PM Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed to support production and maintenance needs. The incumbent reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and must be able to read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot complex machines, and maintain inventory and calibration procedures.

Formación

• Read blueprints, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematics.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn in-depth machine maintenance and repairs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance tasks with urgency to minimize downtime.
• Provide after/before shift coverage to support production.
• Repair and troubleshoot complex machines and systems.
• Inspect equipment and systems and conduct periodic quality checks.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing and electrical issues in buildings/machinery.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and tools.
• Document inventory and maintain calibration procedures.
• Follow health and safety regulations on site.
