Qualifications

• Applies intermediate and some advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area.
• May adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements functions of the position.
• Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
• May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other employees.
• Documents PM methodology and maintains records for preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, inspects, and repairs operations machinery.
• Performs preventative maintenance on production machines per a schedule.
• Maintains and repairs electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical machinery in SMT, Wire/Cable/Harness, and Transformers.
• Keeps accurate PM records and informs lead of maintenance trends.
• Works with Production Control to minimize downtime and with operators to resolve machine problems.

Education

High School w/1-3 + years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/6 months experience
