Advanced Coatings Inc. in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to keep coating equipment running at peak efficiency.

The role involves preventive maintenance on production equipment, diagnostics, repairs, and minor building systems, with emphasis on safety and reliability. The candidate will document performance metrics, manage repair inventories, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement routine preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment (drive belt inspection/adjustment, bearing inspection/lubrication, filter cleaning/replacement)
• Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed
• Assess suitable resolution (in-house or outsource)
• Measure and document paint booth air velocity; inspect and document fire extinguishers and eyewash stations
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Fabricate special tooling and guarding
• Seek and implement continuous improvement ideas
• Respond quickly in emergencies and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested
• Experience operating welders, plasma cutters, drill presses and hand tools (drills, grinders, saws)
