Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Maintenance Operator for the 2nd shift in North Aurora, IL. You will develop and execute machine preventive maintenance schedules, performing diagnostics and repairs on CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC, and facility equipment.

The role requires troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, with CMMS experience for work orders and inventory.

Qualifications

Experience repairing CNC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems to determine repairs.
Perform repairs and fabrications on CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC and facility equipment.
Determine root cause and document improvements.
Read prints, schematics, drawings and sketches.
Manage maintenance work orders, PMs and parts inventory using CMMS.
