Job summary

MOBIS North America in Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (6 PM–6:30 AM). Training will occur on the 1st shift for four weeks to ensure a safe start and smooth transition.

You will perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and help install new equipment to maximize productivity and safety. PLC and Fanuc experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate minimum or equivalent, 2-yr associate degree preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years' experience in Electrical machine panel build and repair
• At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing automotive environment.
• Must be a qualified and experienced maintenance professional with excellent electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be physically able to do strenuous work.
• Experienced in the usage of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and Fanuc preferred.

Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping company machinery/equipment in working order, including routine preventative measures, and the installation of new or replacement machinery/equipment as necessary in order to maximize productivity and safety.
