Job summary

Rogue Fitness is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for the Westbelt facility in Columbus, OH. The role supports heavy production machinery, automated systems, and plant facilities with a focus on minimizing downtime.

Applicants should have 3+ years’ industrial maintenance experience, endurance for a demanding environment, and the ability to work extended hours and weekends. A $1000 signing bonus applies if onboarding by Sept 30, 2026, with benefits including healthcare and 401k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with 480V 3-phase power, AC motors, VFDs, relay logic, and PLCs
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in non-climate-controlled environments, and endure extended shifts

Responsibilities

• Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: diagnose and repair production equipment
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): perform scheduled maintenance on CNC systems, laser cutting, automation, welding cells, powder coating lines
• Equipment Installation & Setup: assist with installation, alignment and modification of machinery
• Facility Utility Support: maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, plumbing
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: follow OSHA, LOTO and safety procedures
• Work Order Documentation: record maintenance logs and spare parts usage
• Emergency Response: provide technical support during outages
