Novolex in Santa Fe Springs, CA is hiring a Maintenance Specialist for 2nd shift. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, setup/changeovers on thermoforming equipment, and quick troubleshooting to ensure production runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate can read schematics, operate mechanical/electrical systems, and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation ranges from $31.76 to $37.94 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive maintenance work with quality focus.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical PM work on all systems.
• Set up and changeovers on thermoforming equipment.
• Operate thermoformers for maintenance or production as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate findings to operations.
• Train other employees on maintenance duties.
• Complete checklists and paperwork accurately and timely.
• Support samples for product specifications.
