Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment and support systems. The role supports 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) with a .50 shift differential or 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) with a $1.00 differential; competitive hourly pay, weekly payout, and overtime possible.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in a manufacturing maintenance role, basic technical training, and the ability to read diagrams and use measuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training.
• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role is required.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals and engineering specs.
• Able to wear PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for injection molding machines and support equipment.
• Document actions and communicate needs to maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Federal, Local and plant safety standards.
