Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure continued operation, maintenance, and repairs of all equipment related to the can making process. You will perform repair, preventative maintenance, and address uptime and product quality. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, PMs, data entry in CMMS, and collaboration with QA and leadership to uphold safety and GMP standards. Weekend or overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical certificate or related training, or 6–12 months experience.
• 1–3 years in a multi-shift manufacturing setting.
• Preferred experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on can making equipment.
• Diagnose issues and maximize equipment uptime.
• Create and update work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and leadership on improvements.
• Read blueprints and schematics for installations.
