Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance on machine tool equipment and support equipment in our Cincinnati Aviation Component Service Center. The role involves diagnosing problems, repairing components, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical and electrical understanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or education in mechanical/electrical trades.
• 2 years in industrial facilities maintenance or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, move, and maintain machine tool equipment.
• Diagnose issues and repair/replace parts as needed.
• Dismantle, realign, and reassemble equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
