Job summary

aisincareers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct all maintenance and spare parts activities and provide technical support to the manufacturing group.

You will manage maintenance technicians, implement predictive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requires an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology and 5 years of related experience, plus travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or related field required.
• 5 years of prior applicable experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Electronics experience desired and automotive experience required.
• Valid passport for travel and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and direct Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop maintenance policies and procedures.
• Implement Predictive Maintenance schedule.
• Control storeroom and spare parts inventory to prevent breakdowns.
• Schedule repairs to minimize production interruptions and downtime.
• Lead reduction of unplanned downtime via preventative maintenance.
• Identify critical machines for downtime and risk assessment.
• Negotiate with outside contractors for repairs.
• Oversee electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; meet department budget.
