Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and enhance the operation of our manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair failed components, and develop short- or long-term fixes aimed at quality and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, reading schematics and equipment manuals, and collaborating with engineers and operations to minimize downtime and meet safety standards in a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years repair or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & electrical schematics in equipment manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiar with electronics such as photo sensors, PLCs, remote I/Os, servo drives, and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Follow maintenance procedures and documentations, including drawings and files.
• Interpret schematics and diagrams for electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers on line moves and improvements.
• Reduce downtime by root-cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Mentor operations personnel on maintenance and troubleshooting.
