Job summary

IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service facilities, manufacturing, staking, and related equipment. This non-exempt role reports to the Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager, interfacing across the organization.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, assisting production, and performing repairs to minimize downtime while supporting a Lean culture. Shift is 2nd (4pm-12am), 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years’ injection molding repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
•  
• Assist manufacturing on machines and equipment as needed.
• Perform repairs to minimize downtime and meet production schedules.
• Maintain buildings and associated structures including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical.
• Troubleshoot electrical enclosures including relay logic and PLCs.
• Support Lean continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain safe working conditions per Lock-out Tag-out procedures.
