Job summary

You will coach the team, address hazards, and coordinate with other departments to meet plant goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and PLC/controls experience, with an on-site, safety-sensitive environment in North Baltimore, OH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend shift maintenance activities with safety focus.
• Coach, train, and evaluate maintenance team members.
• Audit for unsafe hazards and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with departments on maintenance issues.
• Lead process improvements and use E-Maintenance data.
• Manage downtime reporting and asset uptime.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Inspect building and grounds; manage shift hand-offs.
