Job summary

• B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 in production.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and E-Verify.
• Able to read/write English; reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills incl. Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department and meet goals for costs, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Perform regular on-the-job inspections for safety and workmanship.
• Prepare work schedules and assign work orders for maintenance and production needs.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance requests for timely repairs.
• Develop on-the-job training programs and maintain training records.
• Inspect equipment regularly and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance.
