Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Waukesha, WI to lead a skilled team responsible for electrical/electronic equipment, boilers, and ammonia systems. You will drive reliability improvements, coordinate with production, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance supervision, CMMS familiarity, and at least 5 years in related work. Onsite position with standard shifts and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or bachelor's degree desirable.
• Experience with CMMS or equivalent maintenance systems preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance or production with electrical/electronic focus.
• Experience with electrical, ammonia refrigeration and boilers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct maintenance staff and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop preventative maintenance strategies for systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Use lean tools to reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production Managers to meet goals and allocate manpower.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation and training for department staff.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly staff meetings and issue corrective actions.
