Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our 2nd shift in Haines City, FL. You will maintain, repair, and install production machinery, performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.

The role requires welding expertise (MIG/TIG/Stick), reading manuals, and strong problem-solving ability. The position offers competitive pay ($25-$35/hr) and a benefits package including medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, life and disability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing role.
• Proven welding and maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Carry out MIG, TIG, and stick welding as needed for repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders.
