Job summary

Matter Management Enterprises, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to service company vehicles and equipment on the second shift from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. The role focuses on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs, and welding as needed.

You will work in a shop environment, maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and contribute to continuous operation and reliability of equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation and maintenance principles.
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment diagnostics and repair principles.
• Skills in the use of tools and equipment used in the maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Skill in welding
• Skill in troubleshooting and identifying problems and in devising related solutions,

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots vehicle and equipment operations problems, diagnoses and subsequently makes repairs
• Performs preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment according to standard schedules.
• Adjusts, repairs or replaces parts and equipment.
• Attends safety meetings and classes.
• Maintains tools and equipment.
• Maintains a safe and tidy shop.
• Welds and fabricates parts as needed
• Performs related duties as assigned.
