Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Virginia is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic (Class B-5). This role focuses on preventive maintenance, reading manuals, and supporting boiler operation as needed. You will work on machinery across our facilities and contribute to safe, reliable production.

We offer starting pay $25.92/hr up to $29.32/hr plus health benefits, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, and a family-oriented environment. Overtime and cross-training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and reading manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Read manuals and parts lists to troubleshoot issues.
• Train on boiler operation to serve as backup as needed.
• Operate power tools and assist mechanics; perform pipe fitting tasks.
