Job summary

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd Shift in Lynchburg, VA. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of electromechanical equipment, aiming to minimize downtime and ensure quality output.

The role requires electrical knowledge, an apprenticeship, and at least two years of related experience. You will work 3pm - 11:30pm in a GMP environment with competitive pay and benefits, contributing to a team-focused operation that supports product quality and

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent training.
Minimum of two years of related maintenance experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems and safe maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electromechanical equipment, HVAC, and related systems.
Minimize downtime by diagnosing and correcting equipment issues promptly.
Assist in training production staff on equipment modifications and improvements.
Procure replacement parts and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with GMP guidelines.
