Oliver Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing team on 2nd shift.

This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and improving presses and related equipment to ensure smooth production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, experience with machining, welding, and fabrication, and the ability to work with supervisors and production crews to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with machining, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses.
• Ability to read technical procedures, diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair presses and other manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and resolve equipment performance issues with supervisors and crews.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine repair solutions.
• Rebuild machines and components as needed.
• Design, machine, weld, and fabricate parts for equipment.
