This opening is for a 2ND SHIFT Maintenance Mechanic, Monday - Thursday, 2 p.m.- 11 p.m. most days, depending upon production. Hours can vary. (Saturday and Sunday are rare.)
The Maintenance Mechanic position conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service. Perform computer-generated maintenance work requiring maintenance skills to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and the structure of the establishment in repair. Ensures that food safety, legality, and quality standards are always maintained. Partner conducts themselves in a manner aligned with Illes Foods Core Values: Operate with Integrity, Stay Intentionally Curious, and Believe in the Power of the Partnership. This position may travel between our two nearby plants in Carrollton, TX.

Minimum Job Requirements:
EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (Mechanical or electrical) from an appropriately accredited University is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
