Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent for a 2nd shift role in Madelia, MN within a growing food manufacturing operation. You will lead maintenance supervisors and technicians, oversee PM programs, and ensure readiness of equipment before production.

The ideal candidate will train and develop maintenance leadership and hourly staff, promote a strong safety and ergonomic culture, and work to minimize downtime through effective scheduling and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a food manufacturing environment.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and work orders.
• Schedule PMs and equipment inspections to minimize downtime.
• Train and develop maintenance leadership and hourly staff.
• Promote a strong food manufacturing safety and ergonomic culture.
• Ensure equipment is inspected and ready before production begins.
