Soap Creek Resources is seeking a working lead for the 2nd shift maintenance team. The role provides daily direction, hands-on troubleshooting, and supports machine build activities to ensure safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include coordinating with quality and engineering, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Industrial Technician Certificate preferred.
• 4–6 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading a team or acting as SME on a production shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2nd shift maintenance staff with daily direction and hands-on support.
• Adjust assignments to meet production schedules and quality objectives.
• Communicate shift handoff details to 1st shift leadership and maintenance teams.
• Coach and mentor new or less experienced employees on processes and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with the safety committee to ensure EHS compliance.
