Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated’s Lenoir City plant seeks a 2nd shift Maintenance Lead to maintain production lines safely and efficiently. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspect drives, motors, and belts, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

This role requires hands-on skills with basic hand tools, welding, cutting torches, blueprint reading, and forklift operation. You will lead a small team, assign tasks, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Understanding of Maintenance.
• Use of precision measuring instruments.
• Welding or Electrical Certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance duties are carried out by the maintenance department.
• Performed conduit and electrical installation.
• Complete mold changes and change overs.
• Fabrication of equipment.
• Diagnose and give viable solutions to all maintenance issues.
• Comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Lead is responsible for ensuring other mechanics perform tasks safely and correctly and for assigning tasks.
