Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor to lead production during Friday to Sunday 12-hour shifts. You will oversee fabrication, CNC machining, welding, and assembly while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time deliveries.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage attendance and performance, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. Strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read engineering/shop drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend shift production across fabrication, CNC, welding and assembly.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Monitor quality and address non-conformances; escalate when needed.
