Johnsonville, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor for the Riverside facility on the 2nd shift. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, and work with engineers and production staff to upgrade equipment as Johnsonville grows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with HVAC, boilers, and PLCs. The role offers a competitive wage and benefits.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
HVAC, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration experience a plus.
PLC knowledge a plus.
