Job summary

Cardinal Staffing is hiring a mechanically skilled Machine Operator for a food grade paper packaging company in Milan, OH. Pay rate ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, BOE. Shift is 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM with possible weekend overtime.

The Machine Operator will set up, run, and maintain the machine center, ensuring product quality and safety compliance while supporting efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery.
