Qualifications

• Must stand for long periods.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Able to lift 70 lbs.
• Clear communication with team and managers.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience on multi color flexographic press preferred.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate machine to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality in production.
• Perform varied manufacturing tasks using production equipment.
• Mount dies, print plates, and other tooling as required.
• Perform quality checks before and during production runs.
• Maintain documentation for quality checks and ink monitoring.
• Keep setup and run times at maximum efficiency.
• Report production data and issues to supervisors.
• Identify damaged tooling and report safety concerns.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleanup per checklist.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Superintendent or Shift Lead.
