Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to operate machines and perform basic maintenance.
• Basic math skills for measurements and checks.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and manuals.
• Ability to work well with others in a cell-group environment.
• Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple workstations.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines within a cellular operating group as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with setup across cells.
• Handle materials, inspect products, and ensure quality within standards.
• Conduct safety checks and daily safety obligations for machines.
• Maintain station control, identify problems, and assist with corrections.
• Adhere to plant policies, environmental, quality, productivity and safety rules.
