Sheridan is seeking a Machine Repair Technician to support production equipment and facility operations on the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). This role offers steady weekday hours with a rotating on-call schedule and pay starting at $23.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, depending on experience.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns, maintain and modify equipment, manage parts inventory, and participate in wood working projects as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Understand Lock-Out-Tag-Out.
• Ability to thread pipe and solder copper pipes.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Maintain, alter, rebuild and adjust equipment and facilities, fabricating parts.
• Address recurring facility-oriented failures to find solutions.
• Attend to RTU air conditioners, filter changes, wash condensers, tighten belts.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies for operation of the building and manufacturing.
• Wood working projects.
