Stanley Black & Decker in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a Machine Operator – OMT Weld for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). You will operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills and English literacy.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to use basic tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to meet service level goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and QA on FPI.
• Fill out all documentation and labels.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product.
