Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator (Utility Person) to support our second shift in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. You will operate production equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and assist across multiple stations to keep processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities include assembling components, coating, winding, cleaning, inspection, and packaging. Candidates should be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic measurement skills using a ruler or tape measure.
• Comfort interpreting machine gauges and displays for quality production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs and perform related finishing tasks.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Clean, inspect, and package finished products.
• Assist with additional assembly and production tasks as needed.
