Job summary

Donaldson Company in Monticello, IN seeks a Machine Operator on 2nd shift (1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.) to collaboratively assemble filtration products in a team-driven environment. This on-site role emphasizes quality control and efficient setup and operation of molding machinery.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, reporting defects, and maintaining accurate production records. OSHA safety practices and regular attendance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Trim flash from each part to specification and inspect parting line for defects.
• Set-up and operate machines as skill and ability are acquired, using prescribed setup operations.
• Inspect each part produced and communicate defects to Machine Operator.
• May perform minor repairs on machines, including PMs for molding machines.
• Recognize operating irregularities and notify supervisor or team lead.
• Work from specification sheets or instructions.
